Highwater Hotel Partners is a real estate private equity firm focused on building direct industry pipelines into hospitality. We build networks of high-travel businesses and strategically acquire hotels to best serve each industry's needs. Our goal is to build long term value, by developing a strong industrial network of diverse business.
We primarily work on the acquisition of limited service hotel brands and independent hotels that parallel with our industry hubs. This level of hotel will allow for our team to serve the needs the many different avenues including leisure travel.
Our History
Highwater Hotel Partners was created out of industry need for direct hospitality access. The partnership has an extensive history in corporate and airline travel, consumer goods, insurance displacement housing, international business, and service based industries. Together our partners leverage their diverse industry backgrounds and experience to build a robust business network.
